It is a reality that a good number of children are particularly at risk of not attending or completing school due to some external factors. Therefore, this course focuses on trying to answer some questions like: How do you involve “all students” in the classroom?  What are the common problems that education deals with? It also will study issues about Inclusion and equity in education; moreover, it aims to think how our education systems might be more unbiased, inclusive, and of high quality, guaranteeing lifelong learning for everybody.

 

This course includes: Some activities, readings, videos and the voices of people, teachers, students, who have faced barriers to education.

 

At the end of the course you will have a different perspective related to the complexity of inclusive education and you could talk about it in a critical way and you will have the means to point out the different possibilities of going down the obstacles that affect some learners.

As it was mentioned, writing is used in all fields so it is an ability that learners and employees should develop and be good at. Therefore this course is for everybody that wants to improve her or his writing skills. This course consists on presenting the following topics: Good grammar coverage, writing style, punctuation, paragraph structure, etc.

 

You will be asked to take part in some discussions and to provide feedback to your partners. You will also have to do some writing activities and quizzes in order to heighten your writings quality.
